desert, I say,
it eats little lizards,
and much more I'm afraid!
It's weak on its own,
the Fenec Fox,
but if they get together,
they can catch an ox.

I agree with your mom. The Fenec Fox is very cute! It looks like a chihuahua with rabbitt ears.
